As an Instructional Designer, I specialize in transforming complex procedures and technical compliance guidelines into engaging, adult-learning-centered e-learning programs and microlearning job aids. With over a decade of experience in education, coaching, and mentoring, I bring a deep understanding of curriculum design, cognitive load management, and performance measurement (Kirkpatrick Levels 2 & 3) to every project.
